CFB Winnipeg Wellness Challenge | 2026 - 27

STEP CHALLENGE

The Step Challenge launches the 2026-27 CFB Winnipeg Wellness Challenge season.

For eight weeks, participants will track their movement, compete as individuals and units, and work toward a healthier, more active community.

Whether you walk, run, cycle, swim, or train in the gym, all activity can be converted into step equivalents so everyone can participate.

Daily goal: 8,000 steps!
