Inspiration of 17 Wing
The title is awarded in recognition of exceptional performance or outstanding contribution to the 17 Wing community. 17 Wing/CFB Winnipeg members (military members, Public Service Employees, PSP staff, & associated family members of the mentioned groups) may nominate a candidate at any time for the respective month for the title of "Wihuri Wonder". The Wihuri wonder is awarded on 15th and 30th of each month in respect to the people who inspire our military community on an regular basis.
