0940 hrs: Pipe ceremony

1000 hrs: Opening ceremony
-
1120 hrs: Music, Live Performances, Cultural Activities, Food Trucks Vendors, followed by closing ceremony.

1700 hrs: Closing remarks
Shuttle service starts at 0830 hrs, at Polo Park, picking up/ dropping off every 15 minutes. Last bus leaves at 1900 hrs from the base.

Parking & Shuttle:
Preferred parking for the event is available at the Polo Park parkade. (Near ScotiaBank Theatre)
Buses can accommodate wagons & strollers.
A free shuttle service will run continuously between Polo Park and the base throughout the event.
Shuttle service starts at 0830 hrs, at Polo Park, picking up/ dropping off every 15 minutes.
The Final bus leaves at 1900 hrs from the base.
Please plan accordingly.

Service dogs are welcome in all Federal institutions. All other animals are not permitted.

CFB Winnipeg and 17 Wing welcome attendees to store their bicycle [in the areas indicated /or/ to a fence or vehicle plug-in location as indicated by volunteers]. Please take direction from designated volunteers about where to place your bicycle and provide your own bicycle lock to ensure it is locked securely. Be aware that supervision of bicycles will be done on a best-efforts basis and that CFB Winnipeg and 17 Wing cannot provide any guarantee of the safety and security of your bicycle.
