  • 0940 hrs: Pipe ceremony

  • 1000 hrs: Opening ceremony

  • 1120:  Music, Live Performances, Cultural Activities, Food Trucks Vendors, followed by closing ceremony.

Interested Vendors:

For those who are interested in being a vendor, vendor applications are being taken by our partner organizations directly.

 

Please reach out to either the Manitoba Metis Federation, Southern Chiefs’ Organization Inc or Manitoba Inuit Association to inquire about participation.

Parking:

Preferred parking for the event is available on the upper level of the Polo Park parkade.

 

A free shuttle service will run continuously between Polo Park and the base throughout the event.

This event is taking place on a Defence establishment. The safety of all persons is our top priority. By entering a defence establishment visitors may be subject to search by authorized personnel. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping create a safe and respectful environment for all.

  • This is a public event. Photography and video recording will take place, and images may appear on websites or social media channels affiliated with the event’s organizing partners.

  • Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are only permitted in designated areas.

  • Alcohol and cannabis use are strictly prohibited at this event

  • Service dogs are welcome in all Federal institutions. All other animals are not permitted.

  • The use of personal drones is prohibited.
