We would have been cooked without this!

As a military parent, I'm always looking for a meaningful, fun, and interactive place for my kids to spend their summer.

Hi, my name is Captain Enoch Lee, and I am one of the unit chaplains at 17 Wing, and I've been here at this base for almost 3 years now.

We chose the PSP summer camp for many different reasons. We live in the area in the north RHU, so it's close and convenient.

But I frequently visit the gym, and I've gotten to know the wonderful PSP staff that work here. So for me, it was a no-brainer.

We wanted to give it a try and see if our kids enjoyed it.

And it turns out they've loved it.

Most times, they go in without even saying goodbye; we don't have to drag them to camp. There's no long, painful goodbyes.

They are happy to meet new friends and do all the wonderful activities that are planned for them each and every day.

There's not just one thing that my kids like about the PSP summer camp; it's really everything. It's the diversity, it's the field trips, it's the play time, the gym time, all the games.

They come home and talk about the games that they played in the gym, and they want to teach us, you know, so it's just everything, the crafts, the games, the movie, you feel trips the diversity.

I think the PSP summer camp has been very beneficial for my kids to develop better social skills, meeting other kids that they haven't met before, and making new friends. They're just brighter, and they're more positive. All of the staff who work at the PSP summer camp are excellent, wonderful, very patient.

If you're dealing with my kids, you need a little bit of extra patience, and I know that as a parent, they're so good with the kids, and they're so helpful.

And often at drop off, they will tell you what kind of a day that my children had and maybe even let me know if they had some struggles. And it's yeah, I really appreciate this staff here.

I would wholeheartedly recommend the PSP summer camp to any military parent, considering summer options. It's a great place for your kids to be, to have fun, and to have lots of great memories.

Whether you live close by or not, I'd say even if you live a little far away from the base, it's worth a drive for your kids to have all kinds of fun things to do in the summer, like even science camps.

It's just the overall impression that I get from our kids attending camp is genuinely just joyful, right? There's they're smiling.

When I pick them up, I would say there was a few times when I arrived to pick them up. And they told me to, like, come back in an hour.
